We are recruiting Store Operator for our establishment in Porto
Main responsibilities:
- Checking and labeling of goods;
- Order picking;
- Stock treatment and replacement;
- Packing of merchandise;
- Maintenance and cleaning of the establishment;
- Provide customer service through a sales counter;
- Perform tasks related to the proper functioning of the store (warehouse, counter, telephones, cashier, etc.);
- Reply and organize your email inbox.
Profile to recruit:
- Experience in similar functions; (PREFERENT)
- I like the contact with the customer;
- Experience in issuing billing documents, PHC software; (PREFERENT)
- Knowledge of electronics, electricity and new technologies; (PREFERENT)
- Residence in the Porto district; (MANDATORY)
- Ability to organize, plan and be responsible;
- Ease of communication and conflict management.

Principais responsabilidades:
- Analyze and prepare drafts and contracts related to suppliers, customers, workers, partnerships, among others;
- Manage legal procedures related to after-sales, guarantees and customer service client;
- Support the process related to distance sales and ensure compliance with all legal processes;
- Analyze, monitor and handle all legal processes;
- Ensure the treatment and legality of all legal matters related to the area Commercial, Human Resources, Administrative, Corporate and Real Estate and in all legal matters relevant to the business;
Desired profile:
- Degree in Law;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong communication and argumentation skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Ability to manage conflicts;
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective;

- Organization and planning ability;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;

- Driving license, category B;
- Residence in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira or nearby. (Preferential factor)
