Castro Electrónica reserves the right to delete, destroy or anonymize your data after ten years (legal minimum time for keeping transaction data). We save the footage collected from the video surveillance system of our stores for a legal period of 30 days.

This way you are helping the next client with his buying experience. Data can be removed from the Opiniões Verificadas platform at any time using the respective contact channels;
• Shipping: Castro Electrónica contracts external partners to ship your orders. For this purpose, your data such as name, address, telephone, and email are necessary;
• SIBS: Castro Electrónica uses the Portuguese payments platform SIBS (Payments by entity and reference, MBway and Credit Cards), to manage order payments Online carried out by you, this entity complies with all mandatory security protocols.
